Exploris was born out of a long-standing love for exploration. Founded by Philippe Videau and a team of experts, Exploris symbolizes our desire to share our passion for incredible destinations.

100% FRENCH-SPEAKING VOYAGES
Although most of our expeditions are French-speaking, all our crew also speaks English fluently.

Some cruises will be specifically dedicated to an English-speaking clientele.
AN INTIMATE FORMAT
Our expeditions are open to a maximum of 140 passengers, and even 120 in the polar regions.
This intimate format allows you to enjoy an intense, exclusive and personalized experience, with less waiting during disembarkation, and more time on land. You will enjoy a real bond with our crew, our naturalist guides and the other passengers, while still maintaining your private space on board. You’ll be able to visit some of the most beautiful spots in the polar regions, inaccessible to larger groups.
EXPLORIS ONE, THE IDEAL SHIP FOR EXPLORATION
Specially designed for exploration, Exploris One can take you to the most remote and difficult-to-access waters on the planet. Her excellent design and her strengthened hull with a Lloyd’s Register ice-class notation (1A) allow her to sail as easily in open water as in the polar regions.

On board, you will experience authentic adventures, with the greatest respect for the environment, while enjoying the highest level of comfort and safety.

Entrepreneurs at heart, we own our fleet. Lovers of our ships and navigation, we thus enjoy total freedom in the organization of our expeditions.

Our onboard teams have been specially recruited by us. Our crew members and expedition teams are passionate about sharing their knowledge with you, to make your trip an exciting and informative experience.
A JOURNEY OF EXPLORATION
You will not only be passengers: you will be companions of exploration.

At all times, priority will be given to expedition, observation and shore excursions… even if dinner is interrupted by the spectacle of whales or the night is cut short by an encounter with polar bears. You will share all these unique moments alongside the expedition leader, the naturalist guides, the Captain and the ship's crew members.

Depending on the destination, you might go on Zodiac© or kayak trips, guided hikes or snorkelling. The more daring of our passengers might try the famous polar plunge…
You can take part in our onboard thematic conferences, as well as photography and video workshops.
